About Me
Anthony is a highly experienced real estate and property executive with over 30 years in various roles which include property development, corporate real estate and property funds management. Major project work, property investment and development analysis, asset acquisition and disposal, property development and asset management have all formed part of the focus of various industry roles. Anthony holds qualifications in Project Management and Valuations and is a Licensed Estate Agent. His experience and dealings have been on a national basis and across a broad spectrum of the property industry including development, agency, retail, health and finance industries.
Anthony has worked on major transactions which included the sale of Coles Myer’s regional shopping centre portfolio which lead to the establishment of property funds businesses including MCS (Centro) and ISPT. He was directly responsible for the establishment of the property funds management business at OFM Investment Group (now Centuria). More recent experience included an originations role with Westpac Funds Management, activity at Westpac also included assisting institutional bank customers reviewing and providing strategies for their property holdings / balance sheet assets.
Since leaving the corporate property roles Anthony has focused on property development and real estate services mainly in the residential and commercial sectors and has initiated and worked on several successful residential projects.
